Pet Policies & Guidelines

At Urban Trippers by Arindam, we are dedicated to ensuring a delightful experience for all our guests, including those traveling with their beloved pets. To maintain a harmonious environment for everyone, we kindly request pet owners to adhere to the following guidelines:

General Guidelines

Booking Pet-Friendly Rooms: Ensure you book a designated pet-friendly room. Pets are not permitted in non-pet rooms to respect guests with allergies.

Pet Fees: A non-refundable pet fee may be  applicable. The fee may vary depending on the length of your stay and the type of accommodation. A security deposit will  also be required to cover any potential damages .

Vaccination Records: Have your pet’s vaccination records available if requested. This is to ensure the health and safety of all our guests .

Identification: Ensure your pet wears a collar with identification tags at all times. Microchipping your pet is highly recommended for added safety .

In-Room Guidelines

Supervision: Do not leave your pets unattended in your room. If you must leave them alone briefly, please use a crate or pet carrier to prevent any damage or stress-induced behaviour.

Furniture Protection: If your pet likes to relax on the furniture, request a pet sheet(chargeable)  from the front desk to cover and protect the furniture from pet hair and scratches.

Noise Control: Ensure that your pet does not bark excessively or create disturbances. Noise complaints may result in additional charges or requests to leave .This only applicable if you booked the property partially with other guests having checked in. If you have booked the entire property we are more than happy to encourage your pet to break the world record for the loudest bark in the world.

Common Areas

Leashes: Always keep your pet on a leash in common areas, both indoors and outdoors, to ensure their safety and the comfort of other guests.

Pet Relief Areas: Use designated pet relief areas for your pet’s bathroom needs. Dispose of waste responsibly using the provided pet waste bags and disposal stations.

Restricted Areas: Pets are not allowed in certain areas such as the dining area, pool, fitness center, and spa to maintain hygiene and safety standards.

Safety & Cleanliness

Accidents: Inform housekeeping immediately if your pet has an accident. Prompt cleaning helps maintain a clean environment for all guests.

Pet Health: Ensure your pet is in good health and up-to-date with vaccinations. A visit to the vet before traveling is advisable to confirm your pet is fit for the journey .

Pet-Friendly Supplies: Pack enough pet food, water, and any necessary medications. Familiar items like toys, blankets, or beds can be provided on request .
